Realtor Founded. Realtor Focused.
Willow Bend Title Company™ is an award winning, locally owned business that brings 30+ years of real estate industry experience to your closing table.

Located in McKinney, Texas, we opened Willow Bend Title because as realtors ourselves, we know how frustrating it can be to work with slow and inefficient "all hat, no cattle" title companies.

At Willow Bend Title we seek to serve our clients through excellent communication, vast industry knowledge, and our meticulous work ethic that leaves our clients satisfied throughout every closing experience.

Known for quality service, exceptional efficiency and the highest level of professionalism, our team is up for every job, managing projects with the skills and experience you have always wanted in a title company but most importably a partnership you can depend on.
